My cookies are stale, what now?
Liz Lovely cookies are a fresh, perishable product. We rely on our retailers to properly date and rotate their stock. If you purchase cookies at a retail store and they are not fresh, please return them to the retailer.
I didn't enjoy the cookies, what now?
If you purchased cookies in a retail store, and are dissatisfied for some other reason, please contact us. We want to know about any quality-related issues.
Why are your cookies so "spendy"?
That's like asking why a Ferrari is more expensive than a Honda. To our knowledge, we are the only company that bakes hand-crafted, Certified Organic, Fair Trade Certified™, Certified Vegan, cookies that taste like fresh baked pastry and are available at leading natural foods retailers throughout the country. And, for the record, we're about the same price as our competition.
How do I place an order?
You can order online or call us at (802) 496-6390. Unfortunately, we do not have a printed catalog at this time. Let us know if this is something you would enjoy!
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Sadly, no. Our current location is zoned for commercial wholesale only. If you're in the Mad River Valley, you can call in an order and pick it up to avoid shipping costs. Contact us at (802) 496-6390 for more information.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum dollar amount. However, we do not offer single packs of cookies for mail order. Check out the online store to see what we offer.
Is my credit card secure?
Liz Lovely never receives your credit card information directly. It goes through PayPal directly for processing. Check out their site for more on security!
Will I be charged sales tax?
No sales tax! There is no sales tax on food in Vermont. If you live outside of Vermont and live in the U.S., you will not be charged sales tax. We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.
What is your return policy?
Due to perishability, we do not accept returns on mail order products. If you experience a problem, please contact us!
