Liz Lovely Releases Four New Organic Vegan Cookies for Summer

Vermont-based bakery extends its popular product line

April 16, 2008 (Waitsfield, Vermont) Liz Lovely, Inc. announced today the addition of four new cookie flavors to its line of Certified Organic and Vegan Certified cookies, nearly doubling the product line offered by the Vermont-based company. President and Co-Founder Liz Holtz explained her ambitious launch, "Most of our existing cookies are coated and drizzled with dark chocolate. The new flavors will appeal to more people who may not be as dark chocolate-obsessed as I am.
