Rates, Services & Transit Time

LizLovely.com lets you choose between USPS Priority Mail and UPS for web orders. Rates are calculated in real-time based on weight and your zip code. We ship Monday thru Thursday every week exclusive of holidays. Depending on your location and choice of carrier, we may hold your shipment until Monday to avoid extra transit time.

Hot Weather Shipping

Liz Lovely cookies are perishable, especially the ones coated in chocolate! During the hotter months, we add handling to our regular shipping costs to cover the cost of ice packs and insulation materials. Please do your best to reuse these materials, as they are not recyclable at this time.

Tracking Your Shipment

When we ship your cookies, we'll email you a tracking number that you can check online.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but we haven't done it much. Until we figure out a system, we reserve the right to request additional shipping fees or simply refund the order.

Shipping to Canada

We will ship to Canada, but we haven't done it much. Until we figure out a system, we reserve the right to request additional shipping fees or simply refund the order.

International (Not Canada)

Sorry, no shipping to international locations other than Canada at this time!
