Tracking Your Shipment
When your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email directly from UPS QuantumView. If you have any technical issues with tracking, please feel free to email us.
Priority Mail for PO Boxes
If you use a PO Box for your delivery address, we'll ship your order via Priority Mail at no additional charge. The in-transit time is 2-3 days after your order is shipped. We provide tracking information for Priority Mail on request only because the USPS tracking system is not very helpful.Hot Weather Shipping
Our products are perishable and sensitive to heat. During hotter months, we add a small charge to help cover the cost of ice packs, insulation materials, and additional handling. Please do your best to reuse these materials, as they are not recyclable at this time.
