Liz Lovely cookies are produced in a production environment that fits the needs of a majority of consumers with special dietary needs. Liz Lovely products are not suitable for people with severe or life-threatening food allergies. Please see below for details.
Wheat
We produce both wheat and gluten free products in our bakery. Check out our gluten free handling policy for more about this.
Corn
We do not use corn ingredients in our products. However, the organic vanilla extract that we purchase from Neilssen Massey does contain corn-based alcohol.
Milk Products
Our products are Certified Vegan and free of milk ingredients. However, the organic dark chocolate that we purchase from Barry Callebaut is processed in a facility that also processes milk chocolate. There are traces of milk in the chocolate. This is safe for people with dietary sensitivities, but not people with life-threatening dairy allergies.
Peanuts & Tree Nuts
Our bakery uses peanuts and tree nuts. Cross-contamination is very likely.

Vermont Nut Free Chocolates
Soy
We do not use soy products. However, the organic dark chocolate that we purchase from Barry Callebaut contains a small amount of soy lecithin as an emulsifier. Liz Lovely products that do not contain dark chocolate are free of soy ingredients.
Eggs
There are no egg products in our bakery or products.
Shell Fish
There are no shell-fish products in our bakery or products.
