But I'm also totally goofy. I have a really bad "trucker mouth", and I'm always trying to make everyone laugh. My Methodist upbringing is a distant memory. Now I dig palmistry, numerology, and all that foofy spiritual stuff. I also love gangsta rap... you figure me out! If I had more freetime, I would paint, write songs, and hang out with Dan, my rockin husband of over 10 years. I live with three cats and a puppy named Bruiser. I love Vermont. "My life has been an uncharted journey since my battle with cancer at 17. I skipped college and took off with Liz for some wild adventures. I love to cook. I love to play and enjoy all kinds of music, except jazz. I mean... Jazz? Being Jewish and a virgo, neurosis is my modus operandi. I still like to blame this on my parents. Despite unsuccessful matriculation, I guess I'm the intellectual of the group. Which is good, because I like my cushy desk job."

"I'm a pretty happy-go-lucky person. I'll do anything for a laugh, and I love anything that involves being outside. Especially running, skiing and hiking with Andy (my boyfriend) and Bella (my dog). Not knowing what I wanted to do after college, I decided to do what I really love... bake! I'm always up for a challenge, but sometimes I push myself a little too hard. "I'm originally from Huntsville, Alabama (A.K.A. The Dirty South). Spent 8 years in Colorado... Crested Butte and Fort Collins. I prefer to be standing sideways. That is, on my snowboard, skateboard or surfing in Rhode Island. I got hitched in 2005 to Alison, my lovely wife. We have a beautiful baby daughter, Maya Rose, a pure-bred Alaskan Malamute called Timber, and an awesome cat named Pico Patron (we be lovin' that Patron). "There's really not a whole lot to me. You can pretty much figure out everything you need to know about me by these three facts. First, my name appeared in a book with David Ortiz and Manny Ramirez on the cover (however, I’m a Yankees fan). Second, I tried out for the guitarist position in Teddy Geiger's band. And third, Lauren bakes for me so much that in college my nickname was Cookie Monster. And these strongly held beliefs... The book is always better than the movie. Adding a banana to a smoothie can only enhance the taste, never hinder it. And finally, we will never understand happiness like a dog with its head out of a car window does."
